Denis H. White, Jr.

DENIS H. WHITE, JR., has been in or around the practice of law his entire life. For three generations, spanning 70 years, the White family has served the greater Sacramento community with its dedication to justice and provision of legal services.

Denis graduated from Lincoln Law School in May of 1994 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of the same year. His father and grandfather both attended McGeorge Law School and began their own practice of law in 1970 and 1938.

Born and raised in Sacramento , Denis spent his early years practicing law in the area of general criminal defense and personal injury. For the past decade or more the focus of his practice has gravitated to the defense of DUI and Personal Injury cases in the counties of Sacramento , Placer, Yolo and El Dorado.

Timothy S. Brown

Sacramento Lawyer - Timothy S. BrownTim is an associate counsel that works closely with Denis in all aspects of the practice. Tim has a diverse work history that makes his analysis and collaboration invaluable for all of our clients’ cases.

Education: Juris Doctor, University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law; Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations, University of California at Davis.

Admissions: State Bar of California (pending); State Bar of Arizona; United States District Court, for the District of Arizona.

Prior to joining practice with Denis, Tim worked in private practice in Arizona, in governmental entity defense. During law school, Tim worked for the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office, spending the majority of his time with the felony narcotics unit, assisting in the county’s narcotics prosecutions. Tim also clerked for the Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General in the Tort & Condemnation Unit, defending civil rights claims, and gained several years of experience clerking in private practice, working personal injury and premises liability defense. Tim has several years of small business law experience, and continues to work on a limited basis with several start-up small businesses, and in the field of real estate litigation, assisting homeowners in mortgage fraud and foreclosure issues.

Tim was born in Orange County, but attended junior high, high school and law school in the Sacramento area. In his spare time, Tim continues to play soccer as he did through high school and into college, and has recently begun cross-fit training. Tim has volunteered his time for the past eight years with Youth Connections Unlimited, a community outreach program funded through the Sacramento County Probation Department, that offers advocacy and mentoring to juvenile offenders and at-risk youth.
